Role:
当社では、現在急成長中のセールスチームと連携し、社内におけるプロセス業務を実行か
つ案件を推進する中堅キャリアレベルのInside Sales Representative(以降ISR と略記)を募
集しています。このポジションは、東京のオフィスを拠点とした、営業組織との協業レベ
ルの高いポジションです。
主な役割としては、社内各ロールとの連携により作成された案件に対し、顧客＆パート
ナーとコミュニケーションを図り、また社内におけるプロセス業務を実行し、Splunk 製品
の導入に向けた活動をインサイドセールスの立場で実行していきます。Splunk についてで
きるだけ多くのことを学び、お客様が Splunk を利用することで得られる価値提案を明確
にできるようなビジネス洞察力を身につけることで、今後のキャリアの可能性を広げてい
ただくことが可能です。このロールからフィールドセールスへキャリアアップしたメン
バーも多くおります。

Responsibilities:
顧客＆弊社パートナー企業とのコミュニケーションから、案件情報をヒアリング後、社内
外の方々と連携し案件を推進していきます。案件情報を正しく把握し、案件受注確度を見
極め、自主的にネクストアクションを立案・実行・推進し、案件獲得に向けて迅速かつ積
極的に行動していきます。また社内における各種ツールを活用し、見積発行から受注処理
に関する業務プロセスを正確に進めていくという役割もあり、営業プロセスを様々な角度
から支援できる、やりがいのあるポジションです。

・設定された目標に対し、達成に向けて積極的に行動する。
・Web 会議等を通して顧客との関係を構築し、顧客のニーズを理解、案件獲得を目指す。
・フィールドセールスと連携して、担当アカウントにおける案件を管理する。
・パートナーと連携し、案件推進のためのアクションを立案・実行する。
・社内ツール（SFDC）を通じて、案件を管理し、見積＆受注処理を行う。
・国内外のSplunk メンバーと連携し、問題解決のための情報収集を行う。

Requirements:
・IT 業界で3年以上のIT ソリューションの営業経験があること
・口頭や文面による高いコミュニケーションスキルがあること
・社内外における関係構築が得意であること
・日本語が母国語、あるいはそれに相当する日本語ができること。読み書き以上
の英語スキルがあること
・ダイナミックな環境下において、マルチタスクや優先順位付け、時間管理を効
率的にできること
・優れた問題解決能力があること
・自発的かつ前向きな姿勢で、意欲を持って業務に取り組めること
・達成可能な目標を設定し、それを達成・上回る能力があること
・CRM の利用経験があること。Salesforce の経験があればなお望ましい
・セキュリティやIT 運用の理解があれば尚良し
