As the Head of Social Impact & Splunk For Good (SfG), you will provide leadership to take Splunk’s highly regarded social impact initiatives to the next level. These include the Splunk Pledge, our partnerships with leading NGOs, our global employee volunteer activations, our workforce training programs, and our participation in multi-stakeholder projects aimed at some of the world’s most challenging issues. The successful candidate will create a global framework for social impact based upon the unique capabilities that Splunk solutions enable, and execute a strategy to activate Splunk’s impact. You will work closely with Splunk’s existing Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Purpose, employee engagement and ESG programs, as well as Splunk's Sales and Marketing functions to advance customer and channel partner engagement with our social impact initiatives.
Your key stakeholders will include both internal and external constituents, including employees, customers, partners, NGOs, governmental agencies, educational institutions, executive leadership and the Board of Directors. You will play a leading role in evolving the program’s vision, driving strong global collaboration with key business functions to influence the business to deliver engagement and impact. You are someone with deep experience developing and implementing social impact initiatives, linking programs to corporate purpose and sustainability issues, and leading globally distributed, cross-functional, high-performing teams. You have a passion for creating meaningful and measurable positive social impact. Your experience preferably includes serving as an ESG or CSR leader at a publicly traded company or large organization and you have driven global corporate or other philanthropic initiatives that tie to strategic business objectives in measurable ways.
