Role Summary
We are looking for a Program Manager to help us build, incubate, and execute new sales acceleration programs for the security portfolio interlocking across platforms, applications, and services. We ingest and orchestrate an incredible amount of data to help security operators to tackle difficult security problems.

What you'll get to do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and incubate new sales acceleration programs and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze business data to surface gaps and opportunities for new offerings
- Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to provide business justification, validation and recommendations for programs and New Product Introduction process.
- Develop a regional strategy and plan to support revenue objectives, growth and retention.
- Serve as an SME for field sales, product, customers, partners and analysts discussions and research.
- Align with and support sales and customer success on new and current customer sales plays and product expertise.
- Lead internal and external communication to provide transparency for your teams
- Identify and track metrics through planning and execution. Analyze and present this data to stakeholders to help in achieving the business goals
- Support product team members by providing feedback for improvements and enhancements
Must-have Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in the software and/or cybersecurity industry
- Experience in program management or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Has worked on sophisticated programs that require understanding and representing all facets of go-to-market operations

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $50.00 - 68.75 per hour
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $45.38 - 62.40 per hour
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $40.77 - 56.06 per hour
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation, and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
