Are you an experienced Leader of Renewal Operations with a ton of SaaS domain experience in the area of customer success and retention? Are you passionate about transforming organizations by setting strategic objectives and defining key results? Do you excel at defining and driving global cross-functional programs at scale? If so, we have the ideal role for you. As a member of the Global Strategy and Operations team focused on Adoption and Renewal, you will be responsible for leading our entire portfolio of programs and projects to optimize the renewal of recurring revenues, including the successful delivery of a renewal management system, auto-renewal program, and predictive forecasting analytics capability. This transformational leader will work cross-functionally within the Splunk Organization, aligning resources, influencing priorities, serving as a strategic voice for the program, and driving the successful execution of the renewal programs.
