Digital Media Specialist

Video Production and Graphics Support

In this role, you work with the Global Field Creative, Brand, and Marketing team to collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject matter experts, and the Graphics Team to help bring their vision to life in the development of instructional materials, instructional experiences, videos, compilations, sizzle reels and animations.


Responsibilities

  • Create highly stylized and dynamic videos to support the ID Team, whether provided a storyboard or talent to record.
  • Create simple graphic video elements and other visual following style guidelines from the Graphics Team.
  • Align content with Brand standards as established by Corporate Brand and Creative and our Enablement GFX team.
  • Help build in-tool learner experiences
  • Support In-theater needs for video and graphics work
  • Partner with stakeholders to make edits and last minute changes for video projects
  • Find relevant stock footage to create a visual impact on projects.
  • Create simple effects shots when needed for larger projects
  • Willing to be part of an iterative process where changes are made in short production cycles.
  • Work with team stakeholders to record via zoom or other methods and provide standard processes for video capture
  • Collaborate with the systems team on publishing completed materials.


Requirements / Skills

  • 2+ years of education or training In Video Production.
  • experience working with digital visual assets
  • experience working with Microsoft Office / G-Suite
  • Ability to coordinate with a distributed team, largely focused in AMER
  • Proficiency with Non-linear editing software (camtasia, premiere)
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience creating customized animations and motion graphics
  • Proficient at rudimentary audio editing to ensure a clear delivery on narration removing any blemishes
  • Confidence to learn new software and expand abilities to contribute to the team
  • Ability to complete projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Has strong customer service background and can surprise and delight our customers
  • Willingness to develop new skills, learn new enablement tools, and grow in the sales enablement field.
  • Experience in eLearning development a bonus

Base Pay Range

Poland

Base Pay: PLN 88,800.00 - 122,100.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
