About The Role

Do you enjoy solving complex, technical security problems at scale? As a member of the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) Operations team, you will partner closely with product and engineering organizations to drive secure SDLC across the Splunk product portfolio. Within this role you will develop customized tooling deployed across CI/CD as well as tuning and integrating related application security tooling.

Responsibilities

Research, automate, and tune scan tooling such as SAST/DAST/SCA within CI/CD pipelines.
Work with product engineering teams to streamline processes, improve developer workflow, and raise security awareness.
Engineer customized tooling for automating SDLC.
Develop DevSecOps team strategy.

Requirements

5+ years experience in an automation or security related role
Demonstrated experience implementing security tooling within software build pipelines a plus.
Experience with one or more scripting and programming language such as C/C+Golang, Python, etc.
Experience in building and deploying in cloud native environments such as AWS is a plus.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Note:

Base Pay Range

India

Base Pay: INR 2,240,000.00 - 3,080,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
