Role:

The Customer Success Sales Operations Program Manager will be responsible for the development and management of services sales processes and policies and key initiatives to enable the services sales team in driving adoption services. The role will work closely across many functions, including field enablement, professional services, education services, business operations, and sales standard methodologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, document, implement, and run sales process and policies for the CS sales team, aligned to PS, Education, and GTM operations
  • Work with SME’s to develop job aides and sales tools
  • Align with field enablement
  • Manage sales operations cadence, including territory reviews and enablement sessions
  • Coordinate sales plays with services sales leaders
  • Lead initiatives to support OKR’s
  • Manage CS sales communications
  • Assist CS Sales leadership on ad-hoc programs

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of working in sales operations or field enablement demonstrating a knowledge of enterprise sales organizations
  • 2+ years of running projects and programs in a corporate setting
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations and functions to align priorities and programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with a global sales team or overlay sales team is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and have good time management skills

Education:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred
