Are you super organised with a keen eye for detail? Are you passionate about planning, coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns to a high standard? Are you ready to get stuck into the nitty gritty of personas, audience segments, and campaign performance metrics? Then this role is for you!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Campaigns Specialist to support the execution of our regional campaign plan in 2023. This is a new role in the marketing team – and it comes with the opportunity to make a real impact at an exciting time in the team’s growth. Working alongside our Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll be hands-on with a variety of marketing initiatives across all of Splunk’s key product areas – from Security, to Observability, and beyond – and help drive a measurable contribution to the business.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

  • Support the end-to-end execution of the regional campaign plan, working closely with the Senior Campaign Manager, Splunk’s global integrated marketing team and local field, product and functional marketing teams
  • Coordinate the EMEA calendar of campaign activity, ensuring deadlines are met for each stage of projects and campaigns
  • Work with in-house teams to ensure all activity is briefed and delivered to agreed processes and timings
  • Project manage the EMEA marketing content workflow, including maintaining content inventories, overseeing translation processes, and driving awareness with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider EMEA marketing team to ensure alignment across marketing channels
  • Track critical campaign metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, compiling regular reports of performance and results
  • Suggest ways to improve and optimise campaign activity and tracking
  • Support on sales enablement initiatives to ensure the teams have the tools they need to maximise the results from our campaign programs

Requirements: I’ve already done that or have that!

  • 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • You’re a proactive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to develop and learn through experience
  • Comfortable sharing ideas and tactfully challenging the status quo
  • Can comfortably work both in team situations and autonomously
  • Able to effectively interact and build relationships/trust with a variety of internal teams
  • Willingness to pitch in and be part of ALL marketing projects
