Job Title: Campaign Business Analyst (Remote)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Campaign Business Analyst to provide operational metrics and analysis around Digital Sales Campaign adoption and success. In this role, you will collaborate with various team members to help them make effective, data-driven, and strategic decisions about how to improve our sales campaign performance to increase sales engagements. You will ask the right questions about the data – what data is collected, how does it reflect on the performance of Digital Sales campaigns and what follow-up actions are warranted. You will purposefully address data quality issues and look for opportunities to align both data and metrics collected/used. You will partner with Digital Sales leaders to translate business semantics into accurate math and implement the reporting using appropriate tools. What you'll get to do:
Build & iterate Salesforce campaigns, reports & dashboards
- Combine data sources from Snowflake and Salesforce to build an actionable campaign list for sellers to implement prospecting campaigns
- Develop sophisticated Salesforce reporting to identify the ideal customer profile
- Design user friendly documentation for reports, dashboards & predictive models
Forecast campaign impact through predictive modeling
- Own new projects with minimal direction and drive them through the scoping, data collection, implementation, user feedback & iteration phases
- Synthesize data across data sources, run queries in Snowflake, assess data integrity, map requirements to available data and architect predictive data models
- Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
Analyze large, sophisticated datasets to drive strategic decisions
- Deconstruct and analyze business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Pull, analyze and fluently present sales metrics & thier impact on GTM strategic decisions
- Automate repetitive tasks proactively to improve user experienceWhat you'll get to do
Must-have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building reports & managing metrics in an operational environment
- You love data! You have proven ability to use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and Tableau to understand how a campaign is performing
- Advanced Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VBA, VLOOKUP, macros, queries, etc.

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
