Role: Splunk is seeking an analytical and strategic operations Analyst to join the Global Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Team. This individual will be a key business partner and trusted adviser to our EMEA Commercial Sales Area Vice President (AVP).
The ideal candidate will be data driven, system savvy, intellectually curious, a fast learner, detail oriented and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision. Equally important, this individual will also be able to communicate effectively with sales leadership and senior executives across multiple departments.
Planning – Work with global leadership teams as well as cross functional leaders (Sales, Sales Engineering, HR, Finance, Product, Marketing, others)
Execution - continuously engaged with other cross-functional teams to ensure maximum engagement efficiency across the various GTM teams.
Reporting & Analytics – Maintain cross-functional KPI metrics, prepare leadership teams for business reviews to increase efficiencies across the entire GTM sales operations group. Ensure key dashboards and reports are accurate and relevant. Leverage existing and/or new applications to improve delivery technology. Collaborate with senior management to refine KPIs and interpret results into actionable recommendations. Identify trends to improve business results including lead conversion, lead management and pipeline and bookings reporting.
