Splunk Inc. Files Registration Statement for an Initial Public Offering
SAN FRANCISCO - January 12, 2012 - Splunk Inc., today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch will act as joint book-running managers for the offering, and UBS Securities LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Cowen and Company LLC will act as co-managers.
