Upgrade to Splunk 4.0.11 from 4.0.x

Why Upgrade?

Upgrading your Splunk installation to the next available dot-release is the recommended course of action to fully address the vulnerabilities announced in our May 3rd Security Announcement. If you're running any version of Splunk 4.0, from 4.0.0 to 4.0.10, it's advised that you upgrade to Splunk 4.0.11.

How to Download and Install

Upgrading to Splunk 4.0.11 works just like any other Splunk download and upgrade. If you're unfamiliar with this process, visit our Installation Manual to read the instructions for your operating system.

When you're ready to download, choose your operating system and preferred platform. You'll be taken to the download archive, where you can download the latest 4.0.10 release.
