SAN FRANCISCO — January 22, 2009 — Splunk, the IT Search company, today announced the launch of the Splunk Powered Associate Program, a new program that allows partners to offer the free license of Splunk as a download from their website, embedded in their software or hardware product, or served within a managed services infrastructure. The Splunk Powered Associate program enables partners to integrate the power of Splunk into their solutions at no cost to the partner, their channel or the customer. The program also provides the opportunity for partners to generate revenues, through Splunk enterprise license sales resulting from the relationship.
Splunk brings real time search, alerting, reporting and analytics to partner solutions allowing their customers to successfully reduce cost and address critical operations, security and compliance requirements within their IT infrastructures. Partners can easily package searches, alerts, reports and dashboards to provide immediate context for their customers.
