Is it possible to configure splunk so it will prioritize one receiving server(primary) over another one(secondary) with the load balancing setup in order to do failover or is the oa nly option available is random load balancing?

I guess the answer is no since I see no reply.
Please let me know if you are aware of this being a functionality that can be used with splunk and where the doc regarding it is located.
I looked in the 4.4 admin manual but didn't find what I was looking for.
