Improved Splunk on Windows

Improved Windows performance: The performance of Splunk on Windows has been dramatically improved, at both index and search time.
Web UI for Windows inputs: Manage Windows specific inputs such as registry auditing and WMI through Splunk Manager.
Expanded event log types: Splunk can now read event logs from extended Vista and Windows Sever 2008 event log channels, and index exported .evt and .evtx files.
