The following issues have been resolved in Splunk 3.2.4:

Splunk no longer indexes binary files when tailing a directory containing multiple sources. (SPL-13384)
A memory leak in the Windows Light Forwarder has been corrected. (SPL-13711)
An issue with automatic field extraction has been resolved. (SPL-13607)
Starting the splunkmon script via the CLI start splunk monitor command now works correctly. (SPL-13532)
