  • sev1 - A host that is considered absolutely critical, and so assigned the highest severity.
  • sev2 - A host that is critical but not as vital as a host tagged with sev1
  • sev3 - A host that is not very criticial
  • sev4 - A host that is not critical at all
  • ticket - An event indicating a trouble ticket
